Trainee Estimator (Internal Sales)

Role Overview

My client is recruiting a Trainee Estimator (Internal Sales) to join our established sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a consultative sales or estimating background to develop specialist knowledge within a new sector, with full training and ongoing support provided.

The position involves managing client enquiries, producing detailed estimates and quotations using inspection data, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, installers and manufacturers. While the role is primarily office-based, there will be a period of field-based training to build product and process knowledge, which may occasionally involve overnight stays depending on site location.

This role would suit a professional, detail-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving, relationship building and working towards targets within a collaborative team environment.
