I started my career working with Children in various roles such as assistant teaching to being a live-in nanny and travelling with this job from leaving school.
I then started work in the adult care sector. Beginning as a care worker, I advanced through the ranks from senior, team leader, management to Head of Training. I am an experienced professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the health and social care sector.
I have a passion for training people correctly, safely and I’m renowned for my friendly yet professional ‘hands-on approach’ to learning, I strive to ensure that the training sessions I conduct are not only educational but also enjoyable, creating a positive experience for all involved. My primary objective is to provide engaging training sessions that can be tailored to different settings and skill levels, preferably in a relaxed atmosphere to foster active participation.
